So yesterday I found someone shared this post on Facebook.
The post that I found is the original status posted by the teacher, so I basically saw these both kids faces and I know the teacher's Facebook. And this one I share here is re-posted by another Facebook disagree with what the teacher has done.
And yes. me too!
At first when I found the post, I was like "Seriously this teacher?" how could he and some people think this is funny? To be honest, to me, this isn't funny at all!
But then I was like, whatever maybe it just me who think that isn't okay and if I say something, people will be like "Why so serious?" So I think maybe its better for me to left my thoughts unsaid and let it go.
Till I found another post about this issue saying that this kid named Aniq, he cry because people started to tease and body shame him. From one person, and now the whole Malaysia would know and tease him. And its not funny at all! Its now cyber bullying. Thank you teacher!

I don't want to go further about the teacher ethics thingy, because you know. As a teacher, he cannot do this, posted something like this on socmed. Yes yes I know not all teachers out there like to share and make things viral, but please to those who like to post things on socmed about students etc. Teacher, please be more sensitive and aware! Kids got feelings too! Think before you do, all the consequences that would affect the kids. I could go further talking about this teacher stuff but maybe not in this entry.
I know we are leaving in Malaysia which make fun of people's physical appearances seem fine, even on television, there are lots of 'jokes' made by referring someone's physical appearance. You know what? Actually, this is not healthy and need to be stopped!
Sorry but no sorry to 'pelawak' out there, that kind of jokes is the cheap one. And to some people, its not funny.
Okay back to the story! If we look on the kids side? After what happened, netizens are now laughing on them. This might lead to low self confidence, feel embarrassed on their own bodies, and even depression. We never know. Hello, they are kids. They can't handle this.
Maybe some of you might say, this is normal they are kids tho. Who says this is okay? Whatever if you think this is okay, normal yada yada. You moron. But that teacher got the bloody brain to think wise enough that is wrong and not supposed to be shared on socmed. Hello!
I have no experience in body shaming but I feel like I can feel what those kids feel. Im sorry Im triggered and sad at the same time. I feel so sorry to those kids. The teacher should know how to deal with this in a better way.
There are so many ways to show how enjoy you are in being a teacher but not by sharing this kind of story and make it goes viral. Be more sensitive on what you going to post on socmed if it would affect other people.
